To prepare the Matcha Zen, follow these basic steps for optimal results. While this process may seem complicated, it is essential to ensure that your matcha is smooth, free of clumps, and has a frothy top layer. You can simplify these steps if you prefer, though it may affect the quality of your matcha

    Sift 2 grams of Matcha Zen Sakamoto into a chawan to remove clumps caused by humidity.
