Vivid fresh-green leaf, a bright deep-green liquor and rich umami with very little astringency. Deep-steamed and lightly shaded it concentrates further. Ours taste vegetal, marine and sweet.

None — a seedling selected from a native (zairai) population in Uji. It went on to parent both Saemidori and Yutaka Midori.
