The tea is great! Ordered the selection again. Shipment went smooth and got my stuff within 10 days. Teapot is excellent. I use it for genmaicha and hojicha mostly since I already have a smaller teapot used ofr sencha and gyokoro. I found NioTeas on youtube and I am glad it exceeded my expectations
Nio Guys your Senchas are really good, I followed everything from brewing/steeping to serving time and enjoying it. It is a delight I might say. The “free” kyushu pot is lovely and of good quality, I use it everyday. With all these compliments, I have one itsy bitsy thing…answer your email when a customer emails you guys…it’s not good when you feel ignored and you already charged me for the goods. Other than that keep up the good work! Keep sending those teas!

I loved the feeling of the Japanese Green teas supplied by Nio teas so much I ordered the subscription. For every 2 months. It came with a Gyokuro(my favorite ) , and sencha , and a tea pot! I look forward to Getting more and even stock pilling more teas lol. Highly satisfied, I would and already have recommend this subscription and products.
The kyutu tea pot works beautifully; it appears sturdy and well-built. I've used it daily for nearly a month with zero hiccups. The two packets of sencha green tea leaves seemed fresh, and each had their own distinct flavor. I've priced similar teas sold locally, and Nio Teas' prices are competitive, despite being shipped from Japan. I am a completely satisfied customer.

The teas are great quality (at least in the first delivery) and the teapot was a nice add-on. I purchased this as a gift and the receiver really enjoyed it.

Good quality teas that taste great, but the sticker with brewing instructions were often not the same as the website. Could've been cheaper, but it's not an absurd price

First, I love the Kyushu!!! I have honestly never prepared tea like this. I have the "typical" tea pot with strainer, but this is a game changer! It's so easy to use. Don't get me started on the green teas! They are so fresh, and trying different types is so fun.

This is a great service, I'm even thinking about joining the matcha club as well. I love teas but with so many on the website I find a hard time choosing each month. This is a great way to explore until iI find the ones I like most.
