Comment ça marche ?
Choisissez une livraison mensuelle, bimestrielle ou trimestrielle. Nous sélectionnons vos thés et vous les envoyons selon la fréquence choisie. Chaque livraison est facturée et vous pouvez gérer ou annuler votre abonnement depuis votre compte.
Que contient ma livraison ?
Vous recevrez 2 à 3 thés japonais de notre sélection. Le contenu des coffrets peut varier d'une livraison à l'autre. Votre premier coffret comprend également une théière kyusu , pour que vous puissiez préparer du thé en vrac chez vous.
Et si je n'aime pas le thé ?Nous vous aiderons à trouver une personne qui vous corresponde mieux.
Dans les 30 jours suivant la livraison, faites-nous part du thé qui ne vous a pas plu. Nous vous recommanderons un thé plus adapté et vous enverrons gratuitement un thé de remplacement de valeur égale ou inférieure. Vous pourrez conserver le thé commandé. Un seul remplacement est possible par commande.

Comment préparer du thé vert comme un pro (30001)
Préparer du thé en vrac est simple une fois qu'on en connaît les bases. Un kyusu , une eau à la bonne température et une infusion courte suffisent.
Heat the Water
Utilisez de l'eau fraîche et laissez-la refroidir à la température indiquée sur l'emballage de votre thé.
Add the Leaves
Ajoutez environ 5 g de feuilles à votre kyusu , soit suffisamment pour deux tasses.
Steep
Laisser infuser pendant la durée indiquée sur l'emballage, généralement de 60 à 90 secondes pour la première infusion.
Pour & Brew Again
Versez jusqu'à la dernière goutte, puis infusez les mêmes feuilles deux ou trois fois de plus.

We ship from warehouses in the US, the EU and Japan — whichever is closest to you. US and EU orders arrive in 4–12 business days; the handful of countries served from Japan take around 10. Business days count from dispatch rather than from when you order, and exclude weekends and public holidays. You'll get a tracking number by email the moment your parcel leaves the warehouse.
We only buy from fields grown without pesticides or chemicals. We ask each farmer directly how they manage their land, visit the plantation and processing facility ourselves, taste every harvest before committing, and check that the biodiversity around the fields is alive. Small family farms don't always carry paperwork — so we verify it in person instead.
Japanese green tea covers an enormous range, and choosing online isn't easy. If you've tried yours and it isn't for you, email info@nioteas.com within 30 days with your order number and a line on what you didn't enjoy. We'll send a different tea of equal or lower value, free. Nothing to post back — keep it, share it, or try brewing it cooler. Once per order.
Email info@nioteas.com within 30 days with your order number and a photo. We'll approve it, cover the return postage with a prepaid label or a reimbursement, and refund you — no restocking fee. Refunds go to your original payment method within 2 business days of the return reaching us; your bank may take another 5–20 to show it.
Unopened items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days. Tea is sealed for hygiene, so opened packs can't come back — but the swap above covers exactly that situation. Return postage is yours unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect.
Orders to the US and EU ship domestically from our local warehouse, so there's no customs charge and no duty. A small number of destinations are served from our Japan warehouse, where your own customs authority may apply import duty, VAT or a carrier handling fee on delivery. Those are set by your country, not by us. Ask before you order and we'll help you check.
The tea is great! Ordered the selection again. Shipment went smooth and got my stuff within 10 days. Teapot is excellent. I use it for genmaicha and hojicha mostly since I already have a smaller teapot used ofr sencha and gyokoro. I found NioTeas on youtube and I am glad it exceeded my expectations
Nio Guys your Senchas are really good, I followed everything from brewing/steeping to serving time and enjoying it. It is a delight I might say. The “free” kyushu pot is lovely and of good quality, I use it everyday. With all these compliments, I have one itsy bitsy thing…answer your email when a customer emails you guys…it’s not good when you feel ignored and you already charged me for the goods. Other than that keep up the good work! Keep sending those teas!
I loved the feeling of the Japanese Green teas supplied by Nio teas so much I ordered the subscription. For every 2 months. It came with a Gyokuro(my favorite ) , and sencha , and a tea pot! I look forward to Getting more and even stock pilling more teas lol. Highly satisfied, I would and already have recommend this subscription and products.
The kyutu tea pot works beautifully; it appears sturdy and well-built. I've used it daily for nearly a month with zero hiccups. The two packets of sencha green tea leaves seemed fresh, and each had their own distinct flavor. I've priced similar teas sold locally, and Nio Teas' prices are competitive, despite being shipped from Japan. I am a completely satisfied customer.
The teas are great quality (at least in the first delivery) and the teapot was a nice add-on. I purchased this as a gift and the receiver really enjoyed it.

First, I love the Kyushu!!! I have honestly never prepared tea like this. I have the "typical" tea pot with strainer, but this is a game changer! It's so easy to use.
